A clubhouse renovation and expansion that turns a tired amenity building into the community's leasing, fitness and gathering centre.
The problem
The first floor already held leasing and back-of-house. Expanding the programme meant a new public identity on the street without shutting down leasing during construction.
What we did
New cement-fiber cladding and fenestration reset the exterior. Inside, a light-filled leasing office with a working kitchenette sits next to an exercise room sized for daily use, with durable floors and enough height to feel like a gym rather than a leftover room.
Outcome
Residents get a current clubhouse; the leasing team keeps a hospitality-grade front door through the work.
