Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this website. They are not a contract for design or survey work. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Using this website

This website is published by EnvisionYards Design Group, PC, 5724 Leahy Ave., Bellflower, CA 90706. You may read it and share links to it. You may not copy the pages, photographs, or drawings for your own commercial use, scrape them in bulk, or try to break or overload the site.

No professional engagement

Nothing on this website is an offer to perform architecture, engineering, or surveying, and nothing here is professional advice for your property. A project starts only when both sides have signed a written agreement that names the scope, the fee, and the site.

Portfolio pages describe past or proposed work. They are examples, not a promise that the same result, cost, or schedule is available for a different site.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, drawings, and the site design belong to EnvisionYards or to the people who licensed them to us. Sending an enquiry does not transfer any of those rights, and it does not give you a right to use our drawings.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as a general introduction to the practice. We try to keep it accurate and available, and we do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or free of interruption. To the extent the law allows, EnvisionYards is not liable for loss that comes from using the website itself, as distinct from loss under a signed professional-services agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the website are brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
