Privacy Policy

What EnvisionYards collects when you write to us, and what we do with it. Last updated 24 October 2026.

Who we are

This policy covers the website of EnvisionYards Design Group, PC ("EnvisionYards", "we"), 5724 Leahy Ave., Bellflower, CA 90706. Questions about your information go to estimates@envisionyards.com or +1 (562) 278-6060.

Information we collect

The public site does not ask you to create an account. If you use the form on the contact page, we store the name, email address, phone number, company, topic, and message you submit.

Our server also keeps ordinary technical logs: the address of the computer that requested a page, the time of the request, and the page that was requested. We use those logs to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use contact-form details to answer the enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal for architecture, engineering, or surveying work. We do not use them for advertising lists, and we do not sell or rent them.

Where it is kept

Enquiry records are stored on the server that hosts this website. They stay there so we can reply and keep a record of the request. Access is limited to people who operate the site and the practice.

Cookies

The public pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. A session cookie is used only after someone signs in to the private administration area, so that sign-in can stay active. That cookie is not placed on ordinary visitors.

Links away from this site

The footer links to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Those sites have their own policies. Once you leave EnvisionYards, this policy no longer applies.

Your requests

You may ask us what we hold from your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to estimates@envisionyards.com. We will respond to a reasonable request. We may keep a copy where we need it for a legal obligation or an active project file.
