EnvisionYards does not take payment for products through this website. There is nothing to return, and there is no checkout. Architecture, engineering, and surveying are billed under a written proposal or contract, not from a shopping cart.
Before work starts
If you have paid a fee or a retainer and we have not started the work, you may cancel in writing and we will refund the amount you paid. Send the request to estimates@envisionyards.com.
After work has started
Once drawings, fieldwork, meetings, or other scoped services have begun, a cancellation does not unwind the work already done. We refund only the unused portion of any prepaid fee, after subtracting the value of services already performed. The request has to be in writing to estimates@envisionyards.com.
A signed agreement controls if it states a different deposit or cancellation term. This page is the default when the agreement is silent.
Completed work
Fees for services that have been delivered — including issued drawings, surveys, and reports — are not refundable. A later change of mind about the project is not a reason to refund work that has already been completed.
How to ask
Write to estimates@envisionyards.com with the project name, the amount paid, and the date of payment. You can also call +1 (562) 278-6060. We will confirm what, if anything, is refundable and how it will be returned.
